General Questions

Q: Who can use the LEVEL by Oxford Properties gym?
A: Membership is exclusive to employees and authorized guests of tenants of the Richmond Adelaide Center.

 

Q: What are the gym hours?
A: We are open from 6:30 am - 7:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 6:30 am to 7:00 pm on Fridays.

 

Q: What amenities does the gym offer?
A: Cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, group fitness classes, corporate classes, change rooms and showers, towel service, and other services.

 

Q: How do I book a fitness class or workout?
A: Classes or workouts may be booked on the website or through the Mindbody app.

 

Q. Do you offer personal training?

A. Yes! We have experienced trainers that would be happy to help you on your fitness journey. 
 

Q: Is there a dress code?
A: Clean gym attire, including appropriate gym footwear.

 

Group Fitness Classes

Q: What should I know before attending a group fitness class?
A: Group fitness classes are open to reservations two weeks before the class begins; reservations are completed through the website or Mindbody app. Please arrive to your classes on time to avoid potential disruptions, ensure all directions are heard, and participate in the class warm up.

Q: What group fitness classes are available?

A: We offer a growing variety of classes that are accessible to all levels. Please see our current class schedule here.

Q: How many participants are permitted in each class?

A: All of our classes are small group classes. The exact number of participants permitted in each class depends on the type of class and the room/space where the class is being held. Classes held in our yoga studio have a maximum of 15 participants - yoga, kettlebells, Pilates. Classes in the main gym area have a maximum of 20 participants - bootcamp. Q: What do I do if the class I'd like to take is full?

A: We suggest joining the waitlist for the class as we usually receive cancellations and at times, no shows. We monitor waitlists for all classes and add members to classes where possible. When a cancellation occurs, the next person on the waitlist is automatically added to the class and notified via email.

Membership and Billing

Q: How do I become a member?
A: You can become a member by signing up online via our website or the Mindbody app.

 

Q: What are the membership fees?
A: $40/month + tax. A virtual membership is also available for $20 + tax. 
 

Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: Memberships can be cancelled by contacting us by phone, 10 business days prior to the desired cancellation date, at 416.865.8390 or via email at levelbyoxford@oxfordproperties.com.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We only accept credit cards for the payment memberships.


Gym Etiquette and Rules

Q: What should I do if I find equipment damaged or broken?
A: Report the broken equipment to any staff member so that it can be inspected and taken car of asap.


Q: Can I bring guests to the gym?
A: This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

Q: Is there a towel policy?
A: Towels are provided and should be returned to any one of the laundry baskets located in LEVEL or in the change room.

 

Q: What should I do with my valuables?
A: We provide day-use only lockers where valuables can be locked up. Alternatively, we suggest not bringing valuables to the gym and instead, store them in your office, in a secure place of your choosing. 

 

Gym Rules and Regulations

  • All gym members must adhere to the following rules and regulations:

  • Proper gym attire is required at all times.

  • Re-rack weights after use.

  • Wipe down equipment after use.

  • Observe gym etiquette and be respectful of other members.

  • No running or horseplay in the gym.

  • Use of gym equipment is at your own risk.

  • The gym reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these rules.


Code of Conduct

Respect for Others: Treat all gym members and staff with respect.
Harassment: Any form of harassment will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment.
Safety: Prioritize safety by following gym rules and guidelines.
Hygiene: Maintain good personal hygiene to create a clean and healthy environment.
Equipment Care: Treat gym equipment with care and always wipe down after use.
Quiet Areas: Respect designated quiet areas within the gym, specifically the yoga studio and outside of the room.
Cell Phone Use: Minimize cell phone use to avoid disturbing other members.
