During this block of time members have access to the cardio machines, benches, squat rack, dumbbells, kettlebells, and other functional training equipment. Please note, some cardio machines are used in conjunction with some group classes. During these classes, these cardio machines will not be open for use. To be courteous to your fellow members, please limit your workout to 45 minutes.
