Class / Session Description

TRX Blast is a fun class that involves suspension training using body weight exercises to develop strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Using the TRX Suspension Trainer we leverage gravity and our body weight to complete functional movements. This class is for ALL levels and ANY fitness goals.
