1. Eligibility

• Bronze:

  • Accumulate 250 visits OR become "Member of the Month."

  • Refer at least two individuals who successfully join Level by Oxford Properties as new members.

• Silver:

  • Accumulate 500 visits OR become "Member of the Year."

  • Refer at least three individuals who successfully join Level by Oxford Properties as new members.

• Gold:

  • Accumulate 1,000 visits.

  • Refer at least five individuals who successfully join Level by Oxford Properties as new members.

2. Referral Requirements

• To qualify as a referral, the referring member must notify the Level by Oxford Properties front desk staff of the individual they are referring.

• The referral must be confirmed by the new member during their initial enrollment.

• All referrals will be recorded in the Level by Oxford Properties management system.

3. VIP Membership Benefits

• All Tiers Receive:

  • Lifetime Price Lock on Membership Fees.

  • Early Access to book classes.

  • Priority placement on class waitlists.

• Bronze Tier Benefits:

  • Upon achieving Bronze VIP status, receive one month of complimentary Silver VIP Membership (no membership fees for one month at the Silver level).

  • Maintain permanent Bronze VIP status.

  • 5% discount on select products.

• Silver Tier Benefits:

  • Upon achieving Silver VIP status, receive three months of complimentary Gold VIP Membership (no membership fees for three months at the Gold level).

  • Maintain permanent Silver VIP status.

  • 10% discount on select products.

• Gold Tier Benefits:

  • Upon achieving Gold VIP status, receive one year of complimentary Gold VIP Membership (no membership fees for one year at the Gold level).

  • Maintain permanent Gold VIP status.

  • 15% discount on select products.

4. General Terms and Conditions

• Level by Oxford Properties reserves the right to modify or terminate the VIP Membership Program at any time without prior notice.

• VIP Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

• Any disputes regarding VIP Membership eligibility or benefits will be resolved at the sole discretion of Level by Oxford Properties management.

Key Considerations:

• "Member of the Month" and "Member of the Year" Criteria: These awards are given at the discretion of LEVEL by Oxford Properties management and determined by statistics such as, but not limited to: most visits, most amount of classes taken, and participation in community social events.

• "Select Products" Clarification: All VIP Members receive a discount on supplements, apparel, and equipment for sale such as yoga mats and wrist wraps. This discount does not apply to services offered.
